Prime Home Check Transaction Updates

SMS program for real estate agents who have signed the Prime Home Check LLC service agreement and opted in on that form, and for buyers, sellers, and other parties to a transaction we coordinate who have opted in by signing our Text Messaging Consent form, completing the form at primehomecheck.com/sms-opt-in, or texting JOIN to our number. We text only numbers that were opted in through one of those methods. Messages include notices that documents were sent for signature, contract deadline and appointment reminders, and document requests for your active transaction. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any service.

Message frequency varies by transaction activity (typically 2–10 messages over a 30–45 day escrow). Message and data rates may apply.
