Who runs this

A broker who builds software.

Prime Home Check is run by a licensed California broker from a real-estate family — transaction coordination is the job this company grew up around, and the software that runs it was built in-house to keep that job straight.

Where this comes from

A real-estate family, where transaction files were dinner-table conversation — and a software engineering career on the other side. Prime Home Check is those two things combined: the coordination job learned from the inside, run on software built specifically for it. Files in Riverside, San Diego, and Orange counties, California only.

The software reads the contract and tracks the dates; a person checks every file against the actual pages. Neither half is optional — that is the design.

And the line we keep

We fill and route at the agent’s direction; we never originate terms, never advise, and never explain documents to principals. Service begins at mutual acceptance.

Anything that needs your licence goes back to you; anything that needs a broker goes to yours. That line is the whole point.

Where licensed work goes

Prime Home Check does administrative coordination only — the company holds no real-estate licence, and licensed activity is not its product. If what you need is broker work — representation, offers, negotiation, anything that takes a licence — that happens at a brokerage. The one where the broker behind this company practises licensed real estate is:

Universal Enterprises Realty & Lending

Separate from this company, on purpose. Naming it keeps the boundary somewhere you can check rather than somewhere we assert.
